When you say "etc" are you looking for a general drawing tool?

Things that are different: draw & drawer, brought & bought, loose & lose, dose & does, payed & paid

Google Earth appears to be the appropriate program - but so far I have been unable to persuade it to cooperate.

Simply draw the boundaries of a property so that they can be passed to someone else.

Paint is a simple program included if you're using windows. Can paste pretty much anything into it and edit/draw/add text

If you get the map open to the right place on MS Edge, you can hit Ctrl-Shift-S and select "Capture area", then select the area on the map. Once you've selected an area, you can either save that to a file and use your choice of image editor, or click "mark up capture" and draw the lines directly, then save the image.

The Snipping tool can draw lines, highlights, etc on captured image

You can capture the map easily, and then use snipping tool itself to add lines.

See these quick guides. (Note in that first one he uses Win Key+Shift+S to open snipping tool. but you can also put an icon for it on the desktop or taskbar).

    It's Win+Shift+S.

    Move along, nothing to see.
