Co-op Bank credit card applications currently paused

Just had a look at the Co-operative Bank's credit card pages, to find this message:
We're not currently accepting credit card applications while we update our services. We're sorry for any inconvenience.
I know the Co-op Bank is currently updating all manner of their systems, and this looks to be part of that process.
Just curious if anyone has any further insight into this?
