I have a ccj threat from dcb legal, the machine was not working to pay the parking charge, what can I do to stop this

You do not have a CCJ as your title suggests, and your post is too lacking in detail if you are at the DCB legal stage you are now waiting for court papers to arrive, but no big deal.

Start by reading through the newbies thread at the top of this forum.

As abbove. DCBL are well known for sending menacing letters with threats plus adding a fake £70 which they call damages when in reality it is a feeble attempt of DOUBLE RECOVERY which courts do not allow

As said you play the game with DCBL, refuse any offer from them and wait for the court claim. Then follow instructions from the experienced members on here

Will DCBL ACTUALLY go to court with a fake claim ? More likely it will end up being discontinued which nearly 1000 people on here have experienced. Play the game, it's fun and NO CCJ and NO paying

You wait for the claim form then defend (in the end, next year they'll discontinue). It costs you nothing.

Very very easy as long as you don't ignore a claim form or go moving house without telling the scumbags.
