Times Parking PCN - Gatwick
Hi
I inadvertently drove through the drop off zone at Gatwick on 6 September, when trying to access car park 6 where I had a reservation.
Never crossed my mind to pay the charge
Received a PCN from Times Parking, their notice says issued on 17.9.26 but was not delivered until 1.10.26 (day 14)
I'm out of time to challenge the PCN according to the document, so do I issue a complaint instead???
Does this change the "standard" wording used in the Gatwick thread
I would appreciate your advice, many thanks

"

If you only drove straight through, exactly how many seconds did that take according to the PCN?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
