Octopus IOG - Fixing?
The email I've been waiting (dreading?) has now arrived from Octopus. My day time electricity rate is going up by over 20%. But they've offered a one year fix at the new rate for a year. It appears that predictions are that prices are going to continue to go up in the new year so it may be worth doing.
Anyone got any thoughts on this? Has anybody fixed on the new Loyal IOG tariff.
Install 2: Sept 19, 600W SSE

I'm now on the Loyal tariff. It's cheaper than the current 12m fix and comparable to EDF's Go Electric without having to put up with EDF 😆
There's a thread on the Energy forum about IOG Loyal. Several of us have taken it.

Personally going to give this a swerve & stay on the variable tariff.
