Times Parking Rejected Appeal Gatwick South Terminal
Good evening,
I have recently received the above from our friends at Times Parking.
This is in relation to a parking charge to keeper, from Gatwick drop off. I wrote back to them with the usual reply (that I wasn't going to name the driver POFA, etc.). To which, they then asked for my photo ID, (driving license), again I refused to help.
I will not be making any payment to them, as far as I'm concerned they are after the driver and I'm not obligated to tell them this.
Is it actually worth appealing to IAS? I understand my success rate will be about 4%. Or just wait and see what they do next, when no payment has been made?
Thank you.

Hello again! I'll add the usual advice here so you can find it easily later:
There is almost no point trying the kangaroo court of the IAS except IMHO to expose them as 'bent as a nine bob note', but you certainly don't pay.
Nor do you need a new thread because the advice is:
- if you
weren'tdriving, I'd actually appeal to the IAS with a copy of your driving licence! (unless the pictured driver was your twin). That's a really useful & easy tactic to kill these PCNs at non-relevant land like airports, in cases where the keeperwasn'tdriving; - Otherwise, just ignore them now but obviously tell them if you move house - common sense;
- You must see & check every letter;
- Come back if you get a court claim

Many thanks,
I did actually read your reply from that other thread, I commented on.
By that stage, I had already started my new thread.
I'm learning this forum as I go along, so apologies in advance, if you are having to repeat information.
