Barclaycard offer question

Barclaycard normally give me a 0% BT however this month have not they have given me a 5.9% offer until October 2028 with a zero fee. Does anyone know if that 5.9% is total for the two years. It reads as if it is but just wanted to check in case I needed to use at some point.

I would expect it to be 5.9% pa interest with a zero fee, rather than the previous 0% interest with a fee.

It should be clear from the offer email (or whatever notification they've sent you).

It just says 5.9% on balance transfer until Oct 28 no mention of p.a. hence why asking if someone else has actually used an offer.

As @QrizB rightly says, it's 5.9% interest PA which will be shown monthly on your statement.
