Overstay ?

Insufficient payment ?
Not displaying a permit ?
Not displaying a blue badge ?
Wheels over the white line ?
Driver left the site to go elsewhere ?
Parked on hatchings in a loading area ?
Pink vehicles not allowed on fridays ?
So no specifics at all, just, "we know that they did summat but we dont know what !"
