New tariff cooling off ?
I am with eonNext for gas/elec and as my fix ran out today I took out a new tariff for 12 mths with the same company.
However i didnt realise it wasnt a fixed rate and payments would change every 3 mths
Because of this i have completed a switch tonight (with uswitch) for same company (eonNext)
Should i have contacted eonNext first about the 14 day cooling off period for the deal i did with them this morning or will this new deal just overide the first?
