My wording does imply that but you can state it at the start if you want.

Another question, sorry.

Is this last part to be included in the appeal?

"

You must show this reply to POPLA in your evidence pack, if you persist. Send me a rejection or acceptance of my appeal by return.

"

Coupon-mad

Yes it is. 😊

ac1970

Thank you so much for your advice.

How likely do you think it is Britannia will drop it immediately if I use that response?

Gr1pr

I would say that everyone here would expect a cancellation, because its clear that you are well informed and they will put it on the "too difficult " pile, in order to chase other uninformed or gullible victims sho roll over quickly , especially those who don't come here first

I just noticed that coupon mad previously quoted 100% chance. But then she is a hard-4$$! 😁

Coupon-mad

Go on, prove me wrong.. 😂

I know that this is a game to you. But put yourself in a newbie's shoes and it's not so funny.

I have been here before and I was not in the right state of mind to play the game. But I am this time.

ac1970

It is done. And now we wait…

I'm glad!

And I know newbies can usually be nervous. Part of my 'task' on here is to be a disruptor against this rogue sector give people the balls to go for the jugular & get cases cancelled with one appeal!

My friends & relatives 100% trust me and they use my words with a wry chuckle! Makes them feel empowered after feeling alarm at first.

😀
