Hello …many thanks for the information on the site.

Alleged claim relates to an overstayed car park, in breach of displayed T&C's. I have completed my defence pdf but as yet not emailed it. all as per the template.

Part of my defence is that i was away on holiday when the PCN was delivered and for 8 weeks after so missed the opportunity to appeal through the imposed process.

As it was over 2.5 years ago i also no longer have the letters PE sent. Should i contact them for copies in case i have to later use them to defend this if it reaches court?

If so who is it best to contact and by what means is best?

    Don't bother obtaining pictures or evidence for the defence

    No offence occurred, just an alleged breach of the parking contract on that private property

    If no breach was pleaded in the POC, use the 10 paragraph Chan and Akande defence template

    Use MCOL to submit your final defence, not by email, not by post either ! Only MCOL
