I started working at Evri Bradford in Dec 24.

Upon my first day I was kindly told by the other drivers that we don't just drive into the premises, instead each driver parks on the road outside the front gates, being bridgeway and each driver lines up behind the
other. I have sent this line go all the up Knowles Lane to the main road being Wakefield road / Tong street.

I have the other two dated 2/4/25 and 19/6/25, with the latter I am sure that this after the date that the BDM at Evri told me that Smart Parking are no longer operating at the depot.

I want to send an email to them with my defence following the template albeit my defence is the same as the one I am defending for 14/3/25 which I have received a claim form and as result sent my defence via the MCOL website.

You cannot amend your defence unless you were to pay more than £100 to do so, forget that idea

Yes that's the template defence thread but I didn't tell you to especially look at any defence. You already put in a defence.

Apologies for not making myself clear, however, with regards to the defence I was referring to the other two occasions the ANPR camera tagged me, specifically the dates of alleged contravention in April and June 25. At present I have only received letters fro DCBL asking for paying and if I don't it will go to court.

My question was do I send them an email to defend these two following the template I have found above from the forum or, do I wait until I get the claim form and complete my defence online to the MCOL website.

I have received an email today with my mediation appointment for the first offence back March 25 (the one that the Evri BDM said she will get cancelled. It is set for Mon 23/11/26, at which point I will offer zero.

Thanks Gr1pr that is the depot. As you can see from the map the entrance to the site and the road that travels around to the back of the depot, which is where we loaded up our vehicles. On the front of the depot the camera from smart along with others which were there before pointed at the entrance gates and it is that part there where you could still be waiting 45-60 minutes to get around to the back for a loading bay. Outside of the gates onto to Broadway and all up Knowle Lane, the maps visuals gives a good representation of the one the sheer number of vehicles waiting to enter the depot to load, and just how long all this takes ands that's before getting parked to begin, locating your cage, scanning the packages, loading and resolving any issues etc.

No offences occured, just alleged breaches

For debt collectors letters, IGNORE THEM , especially DCBL

For Letters of Claim giving you 30 days notice, respond with the LoC response template to the lawyers involved, probably DCB LEGAL , you will find it in post 2 in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum

Start new threads if anything else transforms into a Money Claim, especially the outstanding pcns

Offer £ZERO at mediation, do not discuss the case at all, do not discuss the other pcns either, 5 minute call at most, no biggie
