Actually the address appears to be a private residence:

    16 Rutland Close

    Epsom
    Surrey
    United Kingdom
    KT19 9JR

The site says "Due to staff shortages our telephone will be offline until the New Year"

I bet they are on holiday. I'd give them a few days then drop a recorded delivery prompter.

    a 'swap magic disc'?
Never heard of one, but if its to get past the PS2s copy protection system (Which I suspect it is), theres not a great deal you can do as its illegal to do that anyways.

  • there not illegal if you are useing it for your own backup purposcs they fully ligit

Why would your son be even in the least bit interested in backing up his games? Sounds more like playing illegally copied games to me.

  • hes not im backing them up for him because he dosent look after his discs and they get all scracthed and i have to go out and buy a new copy i bought him a copy of resident evill dead aim and he nakerd that up and i have bought 4 copys so far ive looked into this and its all legal to do
