Ok. That is from the hospital as they refer to speaking to their service provider (Gemini?). An invoice can always be called back from the debt collectors if the landowner chooses to do so prior to an actual court hearing. Just repond with your details as requested and explain what happened on the day. The hospital Trust can ask for this to be cancelled.

    Hello

To be honest I don't remember, I was driving around for so long trying to find parking that I eventually drove to the multi storey I did not see any signs but I could have missed them as I was very stressed out. the ground floor was full so I went up a floor, found blue badge parking and parked. I was looking for anywhere to park, I was not even looking for blue badge.

But you'll never have to pay this invoice.

You realise the 'appeal' is a kangaroo court that probably won't work? It doesn't matter a jot if it works or not!

But get them to recall it then come back here. Calm down. It will never cost you money.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Last Gemini court claim I can find is from 2019, so they don't appear to bother any more.

Worth cooperating with the hospital's plan if only because it may disrupt Gemini's system. These tickets are highly automated and sometimes they fall off the computer system if they are recalled or deviate.
