I'll aim for a 5 lb loss over the quarter, please.

(Looking back at my 1 July and 30 September weights, I did actually lose 3 lbs last quarter, though I can't tell when that occurred! So I have a reduced amount to lose this quarter in order to get to the round stone point.)

    Hello

Please put me down for 14lbs Brambling.

Maybe a bit optimistic as historically I don’t do well in the 4th quarter, too many social things though I’ll try harder this year.

I’ll be sticking to lower carb, moderate fat and higher protein again. Will try and up my movement levels.

@Brambling - I've unpinned the old and pinned the new threads!!

And I remained 2 pounds above my target. So given the quarter we're heading in to and that I'll be eating, drinking and making merry most of the last month (birthday, holidays, seasonal, etc etc etc) I will set a modest target of 5 pounds. This is different than my normal aim to lose a half stone (rarely achieved) but hopefully will be possible. (note to self this means I'll hopefully end up at 4 pounds above the next stone mark.)

  • Scales now have a battery but I wish they didn't!! 🤦‍♀️ I gained 2lbs in the last quarter which is unsurprising as my diet has been ropey in the last 2 weeks but I'm starting a health and wellbeing programme on Monday

I'm hopeful for this quarter (although I'm not sure how much I'll put on this weekend as I'm out for at least 2 meals and my options will be limited) so I'm going to declare a starting weight on Monday.

Can I be put down for a target loss of 8lbs please @Brambling 😁

Thank you so much for running this thread! 😁
