Cambridge Building Society - Unable to find my details for log in
Is anyone else having trouble trying to log in to the Cambridge Portal before I make a phone call?

I normally use the app, which is working for me.
Just tried the web portal, and I can't log in there.

Well I rang them was 1st in the queue didn't have to wait long. After passing security my inability for them to find me on the website was quickly resolved very efficiently. All fine now.
What surprised me was after answering me on my mobile, before sorting my problem out, they straightaway asked me to confirm my name address and other security details . It was as if my mobile number when they answered had flashed all my details up their end.
