Creating a Raisin account
Following Martins recommendation on the Raisin 4.9% account, yesterday I tried to create a new account, on entering the required details including my insurance number, it told me to “enter a valid national insurance number” now I know I entered the correct number, I tried entering it again with and without spaces, I tried it with upper case and lower case, but it still would not accept it. This morning I tried again and it told me “this number is already in use” so I tried to log on using the details I created, and it tells me “sorry the information you have entered is incorrect”
Has anyone else had this kind of problem?
How did you solve it?
Is there a glitch in the system?
Thanks in advance for any helpful advice.

There's a phone number for Customer Services on their website - probably the right people to help with this.

0161 388 2399 between Monday and Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), from 8:30 to 16:30.
Is it a UK National Insurance you have? (check their eligibility) and do you already have an existing profile or registration with them or an affiliate like AJ Bell cash savings?
Otherwise may be a glitch, but as the above post states, best call them direct
