MET Parking Services Parking Charge - McDonalds Southall

Dear All,

I have got a PC from MET parking services as the registered keeper of the vehicle. They have mentioned the the reason for issuing the charge as "Vehicle was left in McDonald's car park while the occupants left McDonald's premises". Could the experienced member help me as to how to appeal this as the registered keeper of the vehicle and where to find template for this?

What evidence are they stating they have for this alleged rule break I suspect none, and even if there was their employee should have stopped the occupants and informed them of the rules not sent a letter after the event. It's an add on con don't fall for it.

All the info is already on here it's an add on scam they will have no evidence use the Newbies appeal if you must, then go to POPLA and demand evidence not a bunch of lies about checking the toilets which is ridiculous. Also looking at the place on Google Maps the signage is rubbish don't let them claim otherwise.
