Switch bonus question

Mrs Chocolate and I have a joint Santander account and have previously had a First Direct joint account.
We also have an individual Natwest accounts.
Does anyone know whether I can switch my Natwest to Santander or HSBC and get the bonus or will they knock me back for being a previous customer ?
