That Car Park Management Plan is a breath of fresh air!

£70 PCNs too, matching what you see at most ANPR monitored supermarkets. Not the knee-jerk £100 seen every time from the more predatory IPC firms.

Never mind the mistaken use of the words 'penalty' and 'fine', it is a great example of landowners & retailers setting out fair parameters rather than sleepwalking into what the ANPR monsters tell them is 'viable'.

Even better would be landowners not outsourcing it to sharks who target shoppers and only make money from penalising the slower moving, elderly or disabled people.

    I can but dream.

So to update, the defence paragraphs 1-10 with my para 3 fits nicely into mcol defence box with two lines to spare. I shall proceed to upload it to mcol (unless there is something that I missed that can be added to said two lines)

    Thanks all

    I'd remove this:

"Defendant respectfully requests that the claim be struck out due to these deficiencies in both evidence and legal basis."

Because it won't be struck out early.

And I'd split your long para into two, making your 'Furthermore…' section paragraph 4, not removing any of the template.

Then renumber the rest, so it reads up to para 11. This would be easier on the eye.
