PCM Defence - LoC

Hi, I have a LoC from BW legal for parking in a residential area, there are areas you can and cant park on the street/side roads even before and after signage - very confusing. Anyway the place I parked there was a sign at shin-level (not visible from my line of sight driving in).

I have until today to respod to BW legal - I was going to email that template response with an added line about the shin-level sign - however just logged on BWlegal portal and gives me option to respond there (or pay discounted fee).

I can paste the template in there but also give me option to upload supporting evidence - so should I upload any pictures here and outline my reasoning? or just paste the template and nothing else at this stage? I do have a video but wont accept videos.

I thought about paying reduced fee, but it angers me thinking about it.

Many thanks

"I have until today to respond to BW legal".

No you don't. Their deadline is made up and it doesn't matter what you send them. Add a photo of a shin-height sign if you want.

You can't pay any reduced sum and it isn't a 'fee'. Don't offer money.

But you could try this new idea of concurrently sending a late appeal (or complaint if only that door is open) and attach your photo evidence, to PCM:

It won't stop them from filing a claim but puts you in a better position later, as explained.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
