    Not one I've come across before either, but going by those reviews, I would agree with fatbelly, that they appear to be typical of the breed, by ignoring calls for evidence, and instead insisting on immediate payment, all without one ounce of proof that you actually owe the money.

    You have asked for evidence of your liability, and so far none has been forthcoming, I would not engage further with them, unless or until they send a letter before action (as they purport to be a law firm, that may happen) that document requires them to provide evidence when you tick the box.

    They are regulated by the SRA, so you have to comp!ain to them.

    Whether they SHOULD be regulated by SRA rather than FCA, like other debt collection agencies, would be an interesting question
