Moorside legal - Didnt respond to the letter before claim
Hi , would like some advice whilst waiting for a permit we had paid for in our own residential parking area PCM the newly appointed company gave us a fine. we contested based on the permit arriving on that day we have always parked here. Anyway long story short is tickets and letters have all been sent to my partners name however the keeper is a lease car company. we have received the letter before claim and usual threats from Moorside. What kind of respond should we set up for claim if it comes through ?
Appreciate your help!

Definitely wasn't a
fine, it was an invoice from PCM UK LTDDepends on what the POC says on the claim form, but the defendant will be using the template defence in announcements near the top of the forum , so post a properly redacted picture of the claim form when it arrives

Assuming you are renting, What does your lease say about parking? Does it mention permits?

Just the usual template defence with the facts in para 3.
Moorside discontinue cases close to hearings anyway so it'll never see a judge.
