Inpost Parcel Lost claims and Postal Redress Service

Hello,

I am a small seller and often ship my parcels via Inpost - I have noticed its okay when everything goes well but when it comes to lost parcel Inpost would not entertain any of my claims.

Lot of parcels were lost in the past few months and in all instances they ask for one document after another. Even when tracking shows item has not progress they still ask to send "screenshot of chat with customer" to prove customer has not received parcel.

I was wondering if they are even registered with Postal Redress Service (POSTRS) which they are not. They are also not registered with ombudsman or any of the other

independent organisation which can resolve disputes between postal operators and their customers when operators have not sorted out the complaints through their own procedures.

Please can someone in similar situation share their experiences as I see only option is small claims court which would cost £35.

Thanks
