Smart parking claim
Hi so I have recently moved to a new address and smart parking sent me a debt letter which I ignored , today I have had a judgement for claimant through the post wanting £348 , I have seen on other threads the draft to wipe the debt but I’m not sure if I’ve left it to long , thank you in advance for any feedback, have just built my credit score back up and typical this comes back 5 years later ! I literally pulled into a dark car park at night for ten minutes while I popped into the shop next door

Is it a letter saying the case is going to court or that it's already gone and you lost due to not providing a defense?

There is a time limit I believe on addressing this after the fact but don't know the details beyond you can submit a late defense OR pay the fee which I believe wipes the CCJ. Hopefully someone more in the know will be along shortly.

There might be a better & cheaper way to wipe this CCJ - I can let you know asap.
Help is out there. Don't pay it off.
