PCN for overstaying (Euro Car Parks)
Got a letter this week from them for overstaying. Morrisons gives a 2 hour period for customers and anymore i would have to pay. I tried to pay for the extra hour beyond this period but the website was not accepting multiple payment methods and i resigned to thinking the website was broken and i probably wouldn't get caught anyway …
Problem is i didn't shop at the morrisons so i'm not sure if i can request them to cancel the PCN. I have visited that morrisons may times before though, especially for previous online orders.Not sure if it's worth going in store or if there's an email i can contact?

Morrissons have an online complaints option that deals with these issues, so try it
