Items Scheduled for 17:00 not listed yet ?

I listed several very similar items today using a template (10), all scheduled to go live at 17:00.
It's now over an hour later and my 'scheduled folder' on eBay is totally empty, but only three of the items are showing as being live. Furthermore, I have only received 3 email notifications about the listings.
What's happened the other 7 ?

This is a known quirk with eBay's listing processor, especially when batch-listing similar items using templates.
