Can anyone help, Feel like ramming my head against a brick wall trying to contact Sky regarding contract for TV. Have attempted 3 calls . Twice the line has gone dead and once the agent insisted an option given to my in writting was not available. Trying to explain I had the letter from Sky in front of me with the number I had dialled relating to what I was asking for fell on deaf ears.

I am told by there forum I cannot use Sky Chat for this.

Today the guy kept asking me about my broadband, dispite me saying it was about SkyQ

Any ideas

Try again with a different agent. I might try chat anyway despite what you have been told.

A little context may help , what’s the issue ?

contacting Sky by phone they seemingly prefer you to call 150 from your telephone line associated with your Sky broadband, clearly problematic if you don’t have Sky broadband in the first place , if you are calling a specific number on a letter you have received from Sky (presumably about your Sky Q ) are you calling during regular office hours , often individual telephone numbers after that office is closed for the day divert to the regular customer service and they may not have a clue what the letter is about (especially if it’s aimed at a narrow subset of customers) ……so what’s the problem you are trying to resolve ?, Sky clearly are steering customers to streaming TV rather than satellite, is it something to do with that ?
