Thanks for explaining this @Coupon-mad. I didn't realise at the time that putting in the late appeals could help my case in this way.

I only submitted the appeals after the LBC gave me the two PCN numbers, as I hadn't received the original PCNs.

I'm glad it turned out to be useful, and hopefully it might help others in the same situation too.
