Gemini disappeared from driver infotainment system

Krakkkers

Hi any ideas on the above, why has gemini disappeared? Google maps loads as soon as it eads my phone but no gemini anymore,

In what context? If an Android phone on an up to date build then Gemini is always active by default,it just does not sit on the screen.

So gemini is on my phone and working perfectly but does not appear on my cars infotainment screen like it did last week.

Is it Android Auto, or is it a vehicle manufacturer system?

Android auto, done all the recommended stuff, now I am reading that it may be a Google problem and they have rolled back to Google assistant on my cars display (android auto) so I guess I have to wait for them to fix it.

Still works perfectly on my phone

It's a bit hit and miss at the moment on AA. The roll out hasn't been going that long.

My Wife has an A56 with Gemini working on AA, however, my S26 still has Google Assistant on AA with Gemini on the phone. . As a matter of interest we both prefer assistant to Gemini at the moment, so consequently, it's not something I'm desperate to have, yet.
