I have attached all relevant docs redacted (I hope I've covered them all).

At the time I appealed on the basis of my blue badge. I was 52 mins over the 2 hours.

Have done an SAR etc. This is the result. I imagine this is all identifiable to some degree anyway but I'm long past caring.

My brain just isn't functioning like it should, I have heart failure and tbh this is the least of my worries. But I think it's unfair to expect me to pay £279 for stopping for a bloody coffee with a friend.

As a fellow blue badge holder, its worth me pointing out that the blue badge does not entitle us to park for 3 hours on private property, the signage tells us the actual limits on private property, even if its only one or two hours, or even 4 hours, or free all day

But

No actual breach pleaded so use the Chan and Akande defence template in announcements as your defence
