dertinbay Good luck with this one. Prepare for lots of docusign ping pong, lots of not being exactly sure what's going on, not to mention the most ghastly app ever invented. This is one bank to ditch once you get your 2 x £100 bonuses.

Have you clicked the link and waited a few minutes before trying to tick the box? They might have coded it to prevent you ticking the box if they don't think you've actually read it (so you can't claim ignorance to their data protection policy).

Nope that very last tick box is perpetually “untickable” in 2 different browsers
