Euro Car Park

In April i parked at a Euro Car Parks car park and as a result of being blocked in and time took to find a space. I over stayed by 14 mins just over. Took me about 5 mins to find a space as its a very busy car park and spaces are very limited, then upon my return, i found i was blocked in, the car next to me was to far out and i cpuld not swing my car round. Luckily the car next to me on the other side moved cos i backed up a bit and this allowed them to get out too, so i used their space to get out. Either way, the charged me. Two appeals later and none up heald. I didnt really understand the process and missed the Popla opportunity. I refuse to pay as i was inside the grace period i belive. The time stamps also show this.

No i find its been passrd to DRA and they will slap thier 70 on top. What i am asking is how do i proceed from here

Send the CMA your evidence that Euro Car Parks are still issuing PCNs and refusing appeals where they have failed to allow any consideration period.

Read all the CMA statements first. They are investigating Euro Car Parks as we speak!

What's the date of the PCN and on what date did they reject the appeals? Two appeals? Rejected since the CMA's Open Letter dated July?
