Is this worth appealing?
I got a parking ticket from Camden Council today, i was working for a customer and i parked up outside, my customer did my parking online and so i thought i was covered.
When i had finished the job i went back and saw i had a ticket, the problem is that i had parked in a 'pay n display' bay and not the residents bay which was directly next to it.
So although payment was made for parking i was parked in the wrong bay.
Is this just my own fault and i pay the fine or should i appeal showing them that payment was made i had just mistakenly parked in the wrong bay, do they look at this circumstances ?
