Outfox Price Cap Tracker

I have an update - Outfox have contacted me to state that I can move to any of their fixed rate tariffs with no exit penalties. I have accepted this. The fact they offered me this (I asked for it as a resolution) is interesting. It was not acceptable in my opinion for a tracker tariff to increase 8% electric and 13% gas when the Ofgem price cap was only increasing 4%.

The Ofgem price cap in my area is going up more than 4%. Where did you get that figure from?
Edit: I just heard the 4% on the radio. That's a weirdly worked out average. Nobody is average.

4% is a national average. Regional differences can be found here
