But you were advised to use the Chan and Akande defence template which has a pre-written para 3. And I said to add your bit to para 2, for that reason.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Good point, ( I didn't read back. ) No breach pleaded so coupon mad already explained how to construct paragraph 2 and add the Chan and Akande paragraph 3 as paragraph 3

Thanks All.
I submitted by defence on 5th October and received a number of calls from DCB Legal on 13th, including a voice mail. I called them back as they said they needed to speak to me urgently and they offered a 'without prejudice' conversation regarding an out of court settlement.
Has anyone else experienced this ? They were, rather impolitely, advised that unless the settlement was compensation for me as recognition of their harrassment, that I wasn't interested.0 -
Your mistake was calling them back, ignore them
They mither and harass EVERY defendant by phone calls, texts and emails, as seen in over 962 cases in the discontinuations thread by Umkomaas. It their M.O. standard stuff, so the simple answer is
IGNORE THEM, just keep following the 8 steps in the defence template thread in announcements near the top of the forum
