mail.com - a good email gone bad

I have used mail.com as my primary email for some years. I have recommended it for years. The ability to break emails into folders, the ability to set rules and filter emails into appropriate folders, the ability to set up "alias" email addresses, etc., etc. made it something special.

Then, recently, the interface changed (for the worst in my opinion), I now understand that mail.com was bought out by a new owner. Since then, I have had regular issues where an email can't be opened… but have been able to overcome it. Today, email titles appear, but attempts to open them are met by "404" errors and a never-ending "Loading the email content is taking longer than expected..."message.

Sad. Yet another trusted site gone to sh………….
