Vanquis Clearing Bank Account number

This may have been asked before but cannot find what I need.

I am trying to transfer a Vanquis ISA to Vida bank and it asks for an account number and reference number.

The only number I can find in my Vanquis account is much longer than 8 digits and therefore doesn't fit in online application form box.

I have transferred other accounts by using a clearing bank account number and sort code, but have failed to find one for Vanquis, even their website isn't clear as it gets muddled with credit card details.
Has anyone managed to transfer from Vanquis, if so how did you complete the transfer form online?

Yes there is, I was going to use that for my long account number but wasn't sure if it would be accepted with a blank account number box.

I'm fairly sure that will be OK. I have certainly used that method with at least one ISA provider.

I guess I am going to have to try it as there doesn't seem to be any other option.

I don't know why Vanquis can't just state what you should do rather than leaving you guessing.

I transferred Vanquis to Vida in August with no problems. I’m pretty sure I put the 13 digit number in as the roll number and left sort code blank. I would have left account number blank unless it was a required field in which case I would have put 00000000.
