E-comfort app
My mum had Elkatherm radiators installed by Heat Electric in 2024. After changing her internet provider we have had many issues with the e-comfort app. We finally got it connected but a week later the radiators are now showing as offline. Her neighbour is having the same issues after recently changing internet provider too.
Is anyone else having issues with the e-comfort app? Because both my mum and her neighbour are having the same issue we assume it's a fault with an unstable app or their server.
Heat Electric are very unhelpful and are.hsppy for my 92 year old mum to be without heating as she was successfully using it via the app. Now she is unable to turn them on or off. Definitely not worth the nearly £5k she paid to have them installed.
Is there an alternative app we can use?

According to their website:
On-Body Manual Controls: If app connectivity fails or you prefer a local fix, every ELKATHERM radiator features an integrated digital thermostat and programmer built directly into the side panel for manual scheduling without an app0
