Oxbury email

We are writing to inform you that there was an error identified in your recent account statement from Oxbury (labelled as End of Term Statement/Annual Statement). That statement will be removed from Oxbury Online Banking and your Oxbury App whilst we correct this issue.
That statement incorrectly displayed only the interest paid to your account, and did not include the full balance held, meaning that it did not provide a complete record of your savings account, and we ask that you do not use the information contained in that statement for any tax reporting or record keeping purposes.
A corrected version of the statement will soon be made available in Oxbury Online Banking and the Oxbury App, and we will email you to let you know when it is available.
