Manchester Airport PCN

Hi, any advice appreciated please. I forgot about paying for Manchester Airport drop off, and missed the deadline. A few days later, and in a panic, I emailed GeneralEnquiries.MAGParking@apcoa.com asking if I could pay after missing the deadline - received a bot response stating I could not pay, and needed to wait for the fine.

The car is in my husband's name - my question is, because I have revealed I am the driver in the email, would the Manchester Airport Keeper Template work in this instance? Don't know if the email I sent, which reveals I am the driver, would flag up or if it has just disappeared into a black hole. Suspect I have stupidly dropped myself in it!

Send it off on receipt of the PCN and see how APCOA respond. They’re dealing with so much of this stuff that they may not join up the dots. Let us know how it transpires.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

If the car is in your husband's name, i.e. he is the registered keeper, it is he that will receive the PCN. Then you/he can read any of the airport group threads but as it is Manchester use that one: -

APCOA won't match up your email so the keeper can just use the airport template.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD
  • Use the template, appeal as the keeper and they will cancel the charge. I've just had one cancelled.
