Euro Car Parks via DCB money claim

I'm looking for some help to dispute the claim I have received.

It dates back to 2023, I was not the driver, it is a pay and display car park with ANPR checking the entry and exit.

The PCN was for 'No Valid Pay And Display/permit Was Purchased'

Potentially there was a miss type on the number plate, but I can not be sure.

This car was parked in the car park every week day for a year for work, Unfortunately I moved house around this time and never received the initial fine to dispute it as I had not yet changed the registration details. I have done this since and only received the first chase letter in May this year.

I have bank statements that show the daily rate charge being paid daily, I have provided them with a transaction details for the bank so they can match it to their system.

All I got was them quoting the current day rate and telling me that either way I
had not paid enough - which is not the reasons for the PCN - or factually correct.

I think they are just trying to get me to pay but they are not out of pocket, and evidence shows intention to comply and payment everyday.

How do I comeplete the form - the date on the issue is 9th Sept 2026

But it isn't a letter. It's a bog standard claim form, as seen in every Euro DCB Legal thread you care to read. Browse a few over the weekend. This is easy to see off.

And all you need to know is already in post 2 of the NEWBIES thread. No link needed.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
