Can it be fixed? expandable hose
I have one of these expandable hoses and the end connector came off of one end.
Any idea how I can get the inner tube to the end of the cover to reconnect it?

When you say "one of these expandable hoses" did you intend to attach a picture?

What exactly "came off"? How about something more intelligible, like, say,
Here everything can be repaired, although removing the metal ring, if this is needed, can be not easy without right tools.

When these things have split on me I have just cut it down with a pair of scissors. Can you not just lose a bit of outer cover?

I've had a couple of those expandable hoses over the years. Rarely lasted more than a year or two and ended up in the bin.

QueenKelly, could you explain what, exactly, came apart, with pics?
Has the hose burst (which is pretty common after a few years), or did the end fitting just come apart?
Both the inner hose and outer sleeve require to be fully secured at the end, and obvs at their respective lengths.
The stretchy inner hose appears from Grumpy's pic to be secured with a crimped metal ring, and the outer fabric sleeve goes inside a plastic collar - how that is fixed I've no idea.
I did fix one a few years back when the inner hose burst, cutting away the shorter remaining section. I'm struggle to recall how I reattached the two tubes, but I think the metal crimp must have been persuaded back on over the fitting spigot, holding the new hose end, but suspect the outer sleeve may have been fixed using StixAll or similar. Only used a couple of times since, but it worked.

Solved
I complained to the supplier and got my money back so into the bin it went.

Go to Home Bargains or B&M and get a rigid hose. £25-30 for 30m, and it will last 20+ years if looked after.
