PCN FOR NOT DISPLAYING PERMIT IN OWN ALLOCATED BAY

No it isn't. 🙂
The opposite is advised in the NEWBIES thread for windscreen PCNs.
"
Ok will hold off for NTK."No you won't. Read the NEWBIES thread. May as well try the tactic of the day 26 appeal.
You'll never pay this. No worries if the appeal works or not. You'll be ignoring PCM.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

IPC members are different:
In the case of CURRENTIPCAOS MEMBERS ONLY, we now advise to WAIT for a Notice to Keeper to arrive and then challenge once as the KEEPER, not driver, using the template appeal, as shown below.Q-''Why wait for the 'NTK' to arrive a month later, after finding an IPC member windscreen PCN?''A:Because there has been shown to be no appeal worth trying really, you will get a rejection anyway, so you may as well leave it and see if they issue a NTK and let them apply to the DVLA (unless yours is a company or lease car of course, in which case you MUST appeal at windscreen PCN stage as stated at the end of this thread).0 -
So I am confused.
They are IPC member and NEWBIES advice says wait for NTK.
Yet I am being also advised to appeal on day 26 after receiving on windscreen

Hi All, thanks for all the responses, it is much appreciated. Work and life has been busy and left me little time to reply. There has been contradictory advice from yarpsnehpets and Coupon-mad about next setps in my case.
As stated the advice is appreciated, but I am still confused about whether to appeal to PCN issuer within 28 day window, by day 26. Which I have just realised was yesterday, so day 28 tomorrow or await the arrival of any NTK

According to a separate title register, the bay appears to be part of the land that seems to be owned by the developer that originally built the housing development. The title plan for that is not available online.
Yes, the space itself is usually not owned by the owner of the flat, but the flat confers usage rights over the space via the lease (if it's leasehold).
That's why detective work is needed Im afraid, and in some developments it will be more difficult than others.

Thanks for the reply
This is a house if that's relevant

Do you have to hold a permit whilst using the toilet as well?

I still don't know whether to appeal or wait for the inevitable NTK
Confused

Anyone?
Please 😁

Because if you appeal around day 26 it might delay them sending a NTK by disrupting their admin work flow, but you can also just wait for the NTK it makes little difference.
