KFC PCN Court Claim Defence Help please

Hi. Newbie here and can’t seem to navigate site to find if there is a template defence for a court claim form.
Situation : March 2021 received PCN from Parking Eye for parking in closed KFC taking a business call. Retail park over 2000 spaces with 50 outlets yet this KFC 30 spaces is operated by Parking Eye. Letter before CCC April 10th. Appealed April 15th explaining “ DISPUTE do not continue with threatened action” as no detriment to outlet and feel vexacious and unfair profiteering. Appeal rejected April 20th. Then nothing until Court Claim form received 31st August 2026.
I have Acknowledged Service.
Just wondering if there is a template to use for CC Defence ?

    Post the Issue date from the top right of the claim form below

    Are DCB LEGAL involved or is it an in-house claim by Parking Eye. ?

    Post a redacted picture of the POC from the lower left of the claim form below after hiding the VRM details first

    So Parking Eye are mentioned on the top left , and dcb legal details are below the claimant details

    And the issue date is. ?

    No actual breach pleaded, so use the Chan and Akande defence template , due to the typical vague POC

    Our Royal Mail post is so bad that only received on 31 Aug.

    Click on the white box at the top, Parking tickets, Fines & Parking , to get away from your thread and you will get the forum instead, then look at the top 6 threads ( pinned to the top. )
