2. The dates of contravention are between 31/12/2020 & 04/01/2021.
3. The defendant is pursued as the driver of the vehicle for breach of the terms on the signs (the contract). Reason : Vehicle Remained on private property in beach of the displayed T&C.
4. In the alternative the defendant is pursuant to POFA 2012, schedule 4.

AND THE CLAIMANT CLAIMS

1. £510 being the total of the PC© and damages.
2. Interest at the rate of 8.00% per annum pursuant to s.69 of the county court act 1984 from the date hereof at a daily rate of %0.08 until judgement or sooner payment .
3. Cost and court fees

With an issue date of 08/08/26 and providing you complete(d) the AoS before or on 27/08/26 your defence deadline date is 4.00 p.m. on 10/09/26

Because the breach is not pleaded properly (vehicle remained on site in breach of the advertised T&Cs) you can use the template defence that references Chan & Akande.

Interesting to see where this goes as free car parking for staff during COVID 19 ran nationally from March 2020 to 31 March 2022. They have not said what you did wrong but they obviously suffered no financial loss.

Coventry Hospital seem to have had a bit of a stop start approach and scrapped the free parking in June 2020 then reintroduced it in December 2020. A news article on 8 December 2020 reported:

Although free parking will be reinstated during the Covid-19 pandemic – it will only be valid for permit holders until the end of the financial year, March 31 2021 (Coventry Observer)

Not sure what happened there after March 2021 but your dates seem to be covered by the free parking for staff period.

This'll be ParkingEye t/a CPP, using DCB Legal.

They haven't even listed three dates, let alone three (any) alleged breaches nor any terms, so add that to the end of the D's para 2, then use the usual para 3 specially linked in the Template Defence thread for cases where no breach is pleaded.

Shocking that they've handed six year old data that they've been knowingly sitting without letters in between, to DCB Legal. If the keeper had moved house and not seen the claim form this would be a nurse with a CCJ.

Were any of these PCNs appealed? did ParkingEye/CPP know from appeals five years ago, that he's a nurse?

Parking for staff was free during COVID, entry to Car park 10 uses staff ID card, permits would not have been renewed and many staff were working at different sites and different shifts to meet the needs of patients. Hard to know how a nurse could have ended up with 3 PCNs.
