First of all, can you confirm that the fault is not due to customer error? For example if you had not checked that the large mesh filter was in place before the first use, large particles of food could clog the main motor impeller. That would result in code E01.
If not user error, you have consumer rights with the small independent supplier you bought it from. Those error codes are serious and justify replacing the machine rather than repairing. Your rights are for the seller to remove, replace and reinstall it at no cost to you.
The right in law is s23(2) of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 which says
If the consumer requires the trader to repair or replace the goods, the trader must do so within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to the consumer, and bear any necessary costs incurred in doing so (including in particular the cost of any labour, materials or postage).
