Hi All,

My sister recently got a PCN below through post at Vista Business Centre - Hounslow. She was visiting car rental company there. We called the car rental company and said we got ticket and they said ah yes you were suppose to tell us so we register you on ANPR, to which they got a really angry response from us as it mentioned NOWHERE that we were suppose to do this. If the car rental company which is car rental square, had any decency or care they would ask anyone who is coming to register on ANPR or leave a bit sign on desk/entrance for people to see.

Reading the newbies thread, we missed sending the first response and then we received another letter below:

Now, we have received letter from Debt recovery plus below:

Now that’s it’s gone to debt recovery plus, do we still need to send the first response to CPM as stated in newbie thread?

It is probably too late to appeal the PCN - see what it states on it - especially as you have had a reminder. You can ignore letters from debt recovery agents. You will need to wait now for a letter before/of claim and then a N1SDT claim form. See NEWBIE sticky second post and fourth post.
