My daughter went through a phase around spring time of getting 2-4 PCNs a month, in all but 1 she had paid the fee, I got several struck off but due to her not staying at home she has 3 or so past the right of appeal. She has had several letters. From several entitys each time the cost has increased and at no point did any of them give option to supply the proof of payment, just demanded payment of fines.

She is now at the oak legal services final demand for 2 , and dcblegal letter of claim for 2, again no option to prove parking was paid for.

Is their anything I should be doing yet, or just wait for the ccj?

Are you the registered keeper ?
If not (and she is) - let her deal with them
If you are - either change the V5 to her name or take the car off her - unless you love dealing with her messes
Others will be along to help with the tickets

Nice nurturing skills you got there.
She my daughter, and like most teenagers hasn't got a clue and would just hand over her hard earned cash if left to her.

There will be no CCJ as long as these letters are coming to a stable address and as long as a defence goes in on time, if a claim arrives.
Is she 17 or is she an adult?

They are coming to a stable adress. Ie non have been returned, I've/ we have not responded to any.

Most teenagers don't hand over hard earned cash.
And many teenagers do have a clue.
However follow the advice on here for the best outcome.
