Oak Legal Services, Letter before Claim, Post or Email?

Hi all, spent last hour looking through similar posts and Newbie thread regarding PCN from One parking solution well over a year ago and want to make sure I have all the details before my response.

Received letter before claim from Oak legal services and in the Next Steps section they say they want hard copy to their address and all other forms of communication will be noted without response.

Shall i still procede just with the email or post letter (recorded delivery) as well? Thanks

And no need to state the reasons to dispute the claim? - I parked somewhere I shoudnt for a minute

The main thing is to confirm your name and address for the service of papers, so they don't go astray

The email i found on the forum is enquiries@oaklegalservices.co.uk

However on their website is no email to contact them, how do we know its the correct email?

You don't I'm afraid! They want money, not discussion.

If your V5 has had your correct address on for years there is no advantage or real life obligation to respond to a letter before claim.
